Our Mission
The TCC is a community oriented, non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to protect, maintain, upgrade and enhance the Community House and the grounds entrusted to its care. The TCC is dedicated to serving the Community of Topanga by providing access and support for philanthropic, educational, and community activities and services.
'Built by the Community for the Community'
Located high on the hill, just off Topanga Canyon Blvd, the Community House sits waiting to greet the many people who use it. Built over a ten year period in the early 50's, it was a labor of love and community energy.
The same love and community energy now guide and direct its many activities. Our group is consensus-based and open to men, women and kids of all ages.
Your financial support helps to keep the traditions of the Community House alive. Annual memberships are only $35 per person ($20 for Young Adults and Seniors), or $50 per family. Membership helps support the Community House and brings canyon residents together. We hold annual fund-raising events to keep our doors open, and are also supported by private donors, rentals, and select sponsors. The TCC is a non-profit 501-C3 and donations may be tax deductible.
General Membership Meetings are held at the Community House on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00pm.
The adjacent ballfield is the home field of Topanga Youth Baseball and Soccer League.
The Community House is available for rental for special events.
