Our current bylaws were written by long-time TCC supporter Nancy Crater and adopted in January of 2002. Although they have served us well, our growth and the complexity of our activities have made revisions necessary. In 2007, the Bylaws Committee was formed and in collaboration with 501c3 attorney John F. Feldsted, began work on an expanded set of bylaws.  This work has continued, and the 2008 Bylaws Committe is preparing a draft of proposed new Bylaws for the membership to consider.  The draft will be available here to view as soon as it is ready!

Bylaws Committee meetings are the 1st & 3rd Thursdays from 5-7 in the loft,
